Pricing

2 PRICING OPTIONS
STANDARD

Professional fees from US$ 3,999

Contingency fee 8% of total recovery.

  • Enforcement pathways to pursue restitution
  • Recovery of goods and/or losses (repatriation and re-export costs not included in package)
  • Legal report and notarised expert witness statement (for insurance purposes)

PAYMENT AND EXPENSES

  • 50% deposit; balance upon submission of final report.
  • Contingency fee billed separately or deducted from recovered monies with the appointed lawyer via the client account.
  • Disbursements and out-of-pocket expenses are billed separately with valid bills and receipts.
